Overview

Broadband and rugged antenna designed for DME or transponder use. The CI 105-16 was designed specifically for the Honeywell Bendix- King™ KA60.

This unit offers the extended length two-stud mounting found on the KA60.

Tested to the tougher DO-160D environmental requirements, this antenna offers the best in ruggedness and performance.

Note: Comant Antennas no long come with a gasket or a template. Must order PN 09-05579 separately.

Per the installation manual, the manufacturer recommends the AV-74.

The GDL 82 uses the existing transponder antenna with your current transponder. It the antenna must be replaced, the specifications for the transponder must be followed.

Yes this will work.

Q: What BNC connector is required for this antennna?

Any BNC male would work with this antenna, but since this is certified you would use RG400 cable. The correct BNC for that cable is our part number 11-01802.
