Item did not fit correctly and would fall off radio. Luckily, I also bought the OEM ICom pack at the same time which fit Perfectly. I called spruce and they just said return it and gave me an RMA with a smile and no push back. So while I give it 0 stars, if there was a place to rate customer service I would give them five stars.
