Inner diameter seems a little small. The gasket did not lay flat at first and curled up. I installed and tried it anyway. It is still cupped but over time is starting to lay flat.

The product is fine. However, don’t order it alone as shipping will be outrageous. I ordered these as an add-on to a tube of gear grease and did not catch the fact the gear grease was on BO (my miss). I realized afterwards that the shipping did drop on the website if I simply ordered this item alone. However, when Aircraft Spuce shipped the $3 gaskets they still charged me the same shipping for the total order. So almost $8 in shipping for two gaskets that fit into a small envelope.

Still leaks. Less than the old one though, but still leaks...

Way too thin. When you close the fuel cap the gasket has a tendency to bunch or curl up. If you don’t notice it and smooth it out, you will have a place for water intrusion. Need to be slightly thicker. If you decide to purchase them, make checking your fuel cap gaskets a priority.

Not as good as the Piper originals (462-056 ) - left oily like residue behind each gas gap after flight, source of residue unknown but once replaced with piper # 462-056 issue was resolved. Guess you get what you pay for - $3.85 ea versus $9.25 ea
