Information in catalog regarding this kit is misleading. Most of the seals in the McFarlane 05-03602 kit are the standard MS O rings NOT the McFarlane improved O Rings. Waste of Money $58.75 vs $16.95 for standard MS kit (06-03960) for Cessna Nose gear.

I have used two of these kits Both struts are holding up great.
Everything was in the kit that was necessary to repack the nose gear. After replacing the seals, putting the the nose gear back together and servicing with mil 5606 and nitrogen. Strut was firm and didn’t leak. Have not flown yet. So far so good.
Kit was fine. The bottom spring ring is a real problem to install. Any way to get an internal snap ring that could work?
