AN Fittings. Discharge Nipple AN4022-1. |
Just what the doctor ordered to replace the primer nozzle on my C-150
DISCHARGE NIPPLE AN4022-1
Things were great and just in time.
I used this as part of a primer line installation on a 0-320 Lycoming. It worked well, the challenge was attaching the cone to the copper tubing, a machine shop had to braze it. The nozzle ports needed a 1/8 npt tap run down the cylinder to allow enough thread engagement for the nozzle. They did come well packaged. The copper tubing is challenging to flare since it is so small, re-doing a flare was needed to make a leak free connection.
Please see review for the Ferrell nut. That review is for this product.

AN4022-1 would be brass.
1/8 NPT on the cylinder end and 5/16-32 on the primer line end.
They are the same sizes, but the an4022-1 has the restrictor as shown in the photo on the web.
Most use a 60/40 straight solder.
